Are GatePass, Petty Cash Manager and ChopChop live products I can use today?
Yes. All three are production software already in use — not prototypes or concepts. You can adopt any of them for your estate, business or team, and we'll help you get set up.
Do you also build custom software, or only your own products?
Both. The same team and standards behind our products are available for bespoke projects. If your operation needs something specific, we design and build a platform around how you actually work.
How much does a product or a custom project cost?
It depends on scope — the number of users, the features you need and how you deploy. Our products are offered on a subscription basis, and custom projects are quoted after a short discovery call. Tell us what you're solving and we'll come back with a clear, honest estimate.
Do your products work on both web and mobile?
Yes. Every product is designed as one connected experience across web dashboards and mobile apps, so residents, officers, managers and staff each get the interface that fits their role.
How do you handle security and our data?
Security is built in, not bolted on. Every platform ships with role-based access, encrypted data and full audit trails as standard — the same controls that run inside GatePass and Petty Cash Manager.
How long does it take to get started or launch a custom build?

Where are you based, and can you work with teams outside Accra?
